The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 96"W x 36"D x 96"H and serves as a versatile addition to warehouses handling a diverse range of product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials. The upright frames feature tear drop perforations for shelf adjustment at 2" increments and are finished with a green powder coat for durability. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, while the orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically secures, preventing accidental displacement. The locking system is designed to be damage- and tamper-proof, ensuring a secure connection and maximizing total capacity. The 1-5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, and assembly is straightforward. These units are interchangeable with products from Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on a 36" beam shelf spacing, and the add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
