The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 96"W x 36"D x 120"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, designed to provide versatility for warehouses accommodating a variety of product types. The pallet rack upright frames and pallet beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright columns for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The frames are finished with a green powder coat, ensuring a durable surface, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement and enhancing security with a damage and tamper-proof locking system. The beams also include a 1-5/8" step to accommodate wire decking and various accessories, ensuring easy and simple assembly. These add-on units are compatible with Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible systems. The capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the Interlake Mecalux units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
