The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 96"W x 42"D x 120"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, making it versatile for warehouses with various product types. The add-on unit features pallet rack upright frames and pallet beams manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The upright frames are finished with a green powder coat, providing a durable exterior, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The orange pallet rack beams include a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, protecting against accidental displacement, and features a damage and tamper-proof design, ensuring the most secure connection while maximizing total capacity. The 1-5/8" step in the orange beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, allowing for easy assembly. This system is interchangeable with brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible, and capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing. The add-on units are also certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
