The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 120"W x 36"D x 120"H and is designed for versatile warehouse use with a variety of product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The pallet rack upright frames and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel, featuring tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The green powder coat finish provides a durable coating, while the standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, ensuring protection against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof locking system maximizes total capacity and creates a secure connection. The beams include a 1-5/8" step that accommodates wire decking and other accessories, and the assembly process is straightforward. The product is compatible with other brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible, with capacity based on 36" beam shelf spacing. Additionally, these add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
