The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 120"W x 48"D x 120"H and is designed for versatility in warehouses handling various product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The pallet rack upright frames and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and feature tear drop perforations for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. They come in a green powder coat finish, which provides a durable and even coat. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, while the orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, ensuring protection against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof locking system creates a secure connection to maximize total capacity. The 1-5/8" step within the orange beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, allowing for easy assembly. Additionally, this system is interchangeable with brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and these units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
