The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 96"W x 48"D x 144"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, offering versatility for warehouses with a variety of product types. Constructed from high-strength steel, the pallet rack upright frames and beams feature tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustments at 2" increments, while a green powder coat finish provides a durable and even protective layer. The unit is equipped with standard pre-punched footplates for easy anchoring, and the orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof locking system ensures a secure connection and maximizes total capacity. Additionally, the 1-5/8" step within the orange beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, with easy assembly and compatibility with brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
