The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 96"W x 48"D x 144"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, designed to enhance versatility for warehouses dealing with a diverse range of products. The pallet rack upright frames and beams are constructed from high-strength steel, with tear drop perforations allowing for shelf adjustments at 2" increments. The frames feature a green powder coat finish that ensures a durable, uniform coating, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically, providing protection against accidental displacement, and features a damage and tamper-proof system that prevents disengagement during use, creating a secure connection that maximizes total capacity. Furthermore, the 1-5/8" step within the orange beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, supporting easy assembly. These add-on units are interchangeable with products from various manufacturers, including Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible, with capacity based on 36" beam shelf spacing.
