The DLM Mechanical Edge of Dock Leveler is designed for easy attachment to the steel nosing of existing docks, conserving valuable loading space without the need for concrete work or a pit. It features a working range of 5" upward and 5" downward, with a 15" lip that extends 12" beyond the bumper. Constructed from high-strength 3/8" steel, the safety plate and heavy-duty hinges provide durability and reliability. The leveler automatically releases and returns to its stored position when the truck exits. The kit includes two 12" x 14" molded rubber bumpers, reinforced mounting blocks, and a 41" L steel hook to facilitate the operation. The counter-balanced extension spring lift allows for easy one-person, one-hand operation, making it an efficient choice for dock operations.
