The DLM powered edge of dock leveler is designed for easy attachment to the steel nosing of existing docks, eliminating the need for concrete work or a pit, thus preserving valuable dock loading space. It features a working range of 5" upward and 5" downward, with a full 15" lip that projects 12" beyond the bumper. Constructed with a high strength 3/8" steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges, the leveler automatically releases and returns to a stored position when the truck exits. The package includes two 12" x 14" molded rubber bumpers and reinforced mounting blocks. A push button control operates a 115V 1/2 HP motor that facilitates raising, lowering, extending, and retracting the leveler for user-friendly operation. Additionally, independent hydraulic cylinders on both the lip and center plate ensure smooth descent control.
