DLM PowerStop® Truck & Vehicle Restraints are designed to limit trailer creep and reduce the risk of premature truck departure from loading docks. This non-impact, self-aligning truck restraining system enhances safety and can be integrated with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic levelers, as well as edge-of-dock or top-of-dock units. It withstands up to 30,000 lbs. of pull-out force with a service range of 0" to 10" horizontally from the dock bumpers and 12" to 29" vertically above the drive approach. Compliant with 1998 NHTSA regulations, it features a unique dual-locking restraint arm and a protective debris guard. The manual truck restraint includes an automatic light sequence that activates safety warning lights based on the restraint's status, providing clear communication between the truck driver and dock attendant. The inside control panel and exterior light package feature red and green signals that operate in opposing modes, with caution signs to guide the driver. Additionally, a 73" L steel activating bar, bar wall bracket, and a rig sensor bar with an audible alarm are part of the package. The restraint is backed by a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Custom options and sizes are also available.
