The DLM Powered Edge of Dock Leveler is designed for easy attachment to the steel nosing of an existing dock, optimizing dock loading space without the need for concrete work or a pit. It features a working range of 5" upward and 5" downward, with a full 15" lip that projects 12" beyond the bumper. Constructed with a high-strength 3/8" steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges, the leveler automatically releases and returns to its stored position when the truck exits. The kit includes two 12" x 14" molded rubber bumpers and reinforced mounting blocks. Operation is simplified through push button control of a 115V 1/2 HP motor, allowing for raising, lowering, extending, and retracting the leveler with ease. Additionally, independent hydraulic cylinders on both the lip and center plate ensure smooth descent control.
