Heated entrance mats are designed for outdoor entryways, loading docks, handicap ramps, and similar areas during the winter season. Each mat features non-slip, UV protected rubber, ensuring durability for outdoor conditions. The mats include 3/8" diameter grommet holes on each side, approximately every 3 feet, enabling secure attachment to surfaces. Constructed with an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective layers of non-slip rubber, these mats offer resistance comparable to automobile tires. The mats plug into any standard outlet via a GFCI protected, 6' power cord and have an overall thickness of 1/4". They maintain an average temperature of 40 degrees above the ambient temperature and can melt snow at an average rate of approximately 2" per hour. Additionally, they come with a 2-year limited warranty.
