Outdoor stair mats are specifically engineered to withstand harsh winter conditions, featuring a non-slip, UV protected rubber construction that ensures durability for outdoor use. Each mat includes 3/8" diameter grommet holes in every corner for secure attachment to surfaces. The mats are built with an electrically operated heating element encased between two layers of non-slip rubber, offering durability comparable to automobile tires and resistance to wear. They plug into any standard outlet via a GFCI protected, 6' power cord (sold separately). The dimensions of each stair mat are 11" deep by 1/4" thick, and they are designed with watertight 18" connector cables, allowing for the connection of additional stair mats. The system can connect up to 12 amps on a single outlet and maintains an average temperature of 40 degrees above ambient conditions. The mats have the capacity to melt snow at an average rate of approximately 2" per hour when activated before snowfall. A 2-year limited warranty accompanies each product.
