This 3ft x 10ft heated walkway mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for beveled edges on two ends only, providing enhanced access and ADA compliance, making it ideal for ramps and suitable for configuring side by side to create a 6ft wide protected walkway for double doors. The 240V HeatTrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting walkway mat includes its own Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) power unit and comes with an 11ft cable, consisting of a 6ft cable from the power unit and a 5ft connector cord from the mat. Constructed with an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two flame-retardant reinforced protective surfaces, the mat offers durability comparable to automobile tires and can withstand harsh wear. It produces heat sufficient to melt snow at a rate of 2 inches per hour and can be secured to the ground using built-in grommet holes. Designed for continuous outdoor use throughout the winter season, this stand-alone industrial walkway mat does not connect to any other products.
