Heated entrance mats are designed for outdoor entryways, loading docks, handicap ramps, and more during winter. Constructed with non-slip, UV protected rubber, they are suitable for outdoor use. Each mat features 3/8" diameter grommet holes located approximately every 3 feet along the sides for securing the mat to the surface. The mats contain an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two layers of durable non-slip rubber, providing wear resistance comparable to that of automobile tires. They plug into any standard outlet via a GFCI protected, 6' power cord and have a total thickness of 1/4". These mats are capable of maintaining an average temperature that is 40 degrees above ambient conditions and can melt snow at an average rate of approximately 2" per hour. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
