Outdoor stair mats are designed to endure harsh wear in winter seasons and are built with non-slip, UV protected rubber, making them ideal for outdoor use. Each mat includes 3/8" diameter grommet holes in every corner for secure anchoring. The mats feature an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective surfaces of non-slip rubber, ensuring durability comparable to automobile tires and resistance to wear. The mats plug into any standard outlet using a GFCI protected 6' power cord, which is sold separately. Each individual stair mat measures 11" D x 1/4" thick and is equipped with watertight 18" L connector cables to allow connection to additional mats, with the capability to connect up to 12 amps on a single outlet. Mats maintain an average temperature of 40 degrees above the ambient temperature and can melt snow at an average rate of approximately 2" per hour. The product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. Note that each set of stair mats requires one power cord for connection to an electrical outlet, with the power cord sold separately.
