Outdoor stair mats are engineered to withstand harsh winter wear, constructed from non-slip, UV protected rubber, making them suitable for outdoor environments. Each mat features four 3/8" diameter grommet holes in every corner for secure attachment to surfaces. The mats incorporate an electrically operated heating element nestled between two layers of non-slip rubber, providing durability comparable to automobile tires and resistance to wear. They connect to any standard outlet using a GFCI protected, 6' power cord (sold separately) and are designed with watertight 18" L connector cables to link multiple mats together, with the ability to connect up to 12 amps on a single outlet. Each mat measures 11" D x 1/4" thick and maintains an average temperature of 40 degrees above ambient conditions, effectively melting snow at an approximate rate of 2" per hour when activated before snowfall. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty, and note that pricing is per individual stair mat, with one power cord required for each set of stair mats, sold separately.
