BSC Preferred's™ Series Industrial Roof Ventilators are engineered for general ventilation applications, offering models for both intake or exhaust air flow and the choice of belt-driven or direct-driven construction. The ventilators feature a heavy gauge continuously welded curb cap ensuring watertight integrity, along with rugged fabricated steel propellers, and non-sparking cast aluminum propellers suitable for hazardous environments. Standard models are belt-driven but can be configured for direct drive if necessary. They can also be constructed for supply or exhaust applications, utilizing a special reversible propeller. The ventilators come equipped with a fabricated aluminum weather hood that includes a removable birdscreen, allowing for easy access to the fan interior. Optional accessories enhance functionality and include gravity, counterbalanced, or motorized dampers, weatherproof non-fused disconnect switches, insulated roof curbs for both flat and pitched roofs, and a filter box section for intake units, which reduces CFM.
