The Bluff® spring-loaded aluminum dock plate is specifically designed for loading and unloading trucks and vans using hand trucks, making it suitable for docks utilized by beverage and baked goods distributors, as well as snack, sundry, and paper suppliers. This folding dock plate is ideal for non-powered hand trucks, platform trucks, and dollies, facilitating easy access to and from trucks. It features a platform mounted on the top of the dock with dual-spring lift assist for effortless vertical storage. The construction includes slip-resistant aluminum treadplate and machine-beveled deck edges for enhanced safety. Installation is straightforward, though hardware is not included. The dock plate is manufactured and tested in compliance with ANSI standard MH30.2, and a worksheet will be sent for approval prior to manufacturing, as some dock and truck combinations may require special bends and springs.
