The Bluff® spring-loaded aluminum dock plate is specifically designed for docks where hand trucks are utilized to load trucks and vans, making it an excellent choice for beverage and baked goods distributors, as well as snack, sundry, and paper suppliers. This folding dock plate is ideal for facilitating the movement of non-powered hand trucks, platform trucks, and dollies into and out of trucks with ease. The platform, which is mounted on the top of the dock, features dual-spring lift assist for convenient vertical storage. Constructed from slip-resistant aluminum treadplate with machine beveled deck edges, this dock plate enhances safety. Installation is straightforward, although hardware is not included. The product is manufactured and tested in compliance with ANSI standard MH30.2. It is important to note that a worksheet will be sent for approval before manufacturing begins, as certain dock and truck combinations may require specialized bends and springs.
