The Bluff® EZ-Pull edge of dock leveler spring lift system is designed for efficient one-man operation, effectively reducing the risk of back strain. This dock leveler features a self-storing handle that simplifies positioning, enabling easy lifting and pulling to align with the dock floor. The latch assembly facilitates the leveler lip's forward movement to the trailer floor as the handle is raised, and it automatically retracts when the truck departs. Each unit comes with twin 12" x 10" bumpers that extend 16" from the dock face, accommodating trucks that are up to 5" lower or higher than the dock, with an optimal dock height for conventional trailers at 51" H. The construction includes a durable 3/8" thick steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges for long-lasting performance. Optional features include steel-faced bumpers and a hydraulic lift assist, available upon request.
