The Bluff® portable steel platform loading dock is designed to expand dock areas and enhance freight handling capabilities without the need for extensive site modifications. This mobile dock platform is ideal for locations where standard yard ramps cannot be utilized, providing improved maneuverability for loading and unloading trailers. The unit can function as a standalone loading dock in conjunction with a yard ramp for remote unloading or can be paired with multiple dock boards for cargo transfer between trailers or as a portable staging area. Additional applications include placement in front of dock or railcar doors to facilitate simultaneous loading/unloading positions and use in manufacturing settings as a portable work positioner. The dock's heavy-duty steel floor plate is engineered for forklift use, while the 8" high curbs enhance safety. Customers must specify the platform loading height at the time of order. Optional adjustable height platform legs allow for height adjustments between 44" and 55" to accommodate various dock height requirements. Custom platform sizes, optional forklift pockets, and platforms with an EZ-Pull edge of dock leveler factory installed are also available upon request.
