The Bluff® Speedy Board® aluminum dock board features welded aluminum curbs and forklift tine notches, making it ideal for low-to-medium volume dock applications with pallet jacks or forklifts. This lightweight, all-welded aluminum construction includes heavy-duty aluminum treadplate and fully welded extruded aluminum curbs, along with safety restraint legs for enhanced corrosion resistance and controlled spark production. The dock board is designed with beveled ends for smooth entry and exit, an 11° bend, and an 11" lip on the truck end, with customizations available upon request. Each Speedy Board® is equipped with integral fork cut-outs for quick and safe placement with a forklift. The dock board complies with OSHA spec. 1910.30(a) and ANSI spec. MH30.2. The capacity is based on the combined weight of the maximum pallet load and lift truck, and it is rated for equipment speeds of up to 3 mph. It is important to note that stackers and narrow aisle loaders should not be used on this dock board. The width of the dock board should be 12" greater than the lift truck or load, with a usable width that is 6" less than the overall width. The height difference above the dock (HT" difference up) is specified for different applications, with a maximum application height of up to 9" above the dock for propane or gas forklifts and up to 7" for electric forklifts or pallet jacks.
