The Bluff® gas cylinder pallet ramp plate is designed for the efficient movement of industrial, medical, and specialty gas cylinders on and off pallets, specifically tailored for steel pallets used in the gas cylinder distribution process. This unique plate provides an excellent transition surface, significantly reducing cylinder damage and minimizing the risk of employee injury. Constructed from 3/8" thick aluminum diamond plate, the ramp plate is robust enough to support heavy cylinders while remaining lightweight for convenient hand placement and portability. Each plate is stamped with the ANSI code and weight capacity on the back, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The standard pallet plate is engineered for a 3" pallet height and includes hand-hole cutouts for easy lifting, a full-length welded safety leg for stability, and a 2" entry lip that facilitates a smooth transition.
