The Iko shell type needle roller bearing, part number BA3612ZOH, features a bore of 2-1/4 inches, an outer diameter of 2-5/8 inches, and a width of 0.750 inches. This drawn cup bearing consists of an outer ring made from accurately drawn thin special steel plate and includes needle rollers, with or without a retainer. Known for having the smallest sectional height and weight among needle roller bearings, it also possesses relatively high load ratings. The version with a retainer is suitable for high-speed applications due to the precise guidance of the rollers by the retainer and thrust ring. Notably, these bearings do not come pre-packed with lubricant; proper lubrication must be applied during use.
