The IKO needle roller cage assembly features a 6mm bore, 9mm outer diameter, and a width of 7mm, constructed from synthetic cage material. This assembly includes needle rollers that offer extremely high accuracy and is designed for use in limited spaces when combined with shafts and housings. It is recommended that the shaft and housing have a surface finish of 0.2MRA or less, with hardness ratings of HRC 58 to 64; lower surface hardness can result in reduced load ratings compared to the specified values. The lightweight design, high rigidity, and lubricant retention capabilities of this assembly enable it to perform efficiently under severe operating conditions, including high speeds and shock loads.
