The Iko needle roller cage assembly features a 14mm bore, 19mm outer diameter, and 18mm width, constructed from a steel cage material. This assembly consists of needle rollers with extremely high accuracy and a specially designed cage, making it suitable for use in limited spaces when combined with shafts and housings. It is recommended that the shaft and housing have a surface finish of 0.2mra or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64; lower surface hardness may result in reduced load ratings. The lightweight and high rigidity of these products, along with their lubricant-holding design, enable them to withstand severe operating conditions, including high speeds and shock loads.
