The IKO needle roller cage assembly features a 52mm bore, 60mm outer diameter (OD), and a width of 24mm, constructed with a steel cage material. This assembly consists of needle rollers that are manufactured with extremely high accuracy and includes a specially designed cage, making it suitable for use in limited spaces when combined with shafts and housings. It is recommended that the shaft and housing have a surface finish of 0.2mra or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64; lower surface hardness can result in decreased load ratings compared to the specified values. The lightweight and high rigidity of this assembly, along with its lubricant-holding design, enable it to endure severe operating conditions, including high speeds and shock loads.
