The Iko needle roller cage assembly features a 17mm bore, 21mm outer diameter, and a width of 15mm, constructed from steel cage material. This assembly includes needle rollers designed for extremely high accuracy, complemented by a specially designed cage. It is ideally suited for use in limited spaces when paired with shafts and housings. For optimal performance, a surface finish of 0.2mra or less and a hardness rating of HRC 58 to 64 are recommended for both the shaft and housing; lower surface hardness can lead to diminished load ratings. The lightweight, high rigidity, and lubricant holding design of this assembly enable it to endure severe operating conditions, including high speeds and shock loads.
