The IKO machined type needle roller bearing comprises a solid outer ring, rollers, and a retainer, designed without an inner ring. These bearings feature a low sectional height, large load ratings, and high rigidity, and they do not include seals, necessitating the application of proper lubricant since prepacked grease is not provided for this series. The GTR series consists of full complement bearings equipped with mallet-shaped rollers that are guided by a guide rail and groove to minimize skewing, making them suitable for applications involving heavy loads, shock loads, or oscillating motions. These machined type needle roller bearings are specifically intended for use with shafts lacking inner rings, with a recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2 MRA or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64. In cases where these requirements cannot be met, the use of IKO inner rings is advised.
