IKO machined type needle roller bearings consist of a solid outer ring, rollers, and a retainer, without an inner ring. These bearings feature a low sectional height, large load ratings, and increased rigidity, with most models equipped with seals. Prepacked lubricant is not included, except for double sealed bearings that have the suffix UU; proper lubricant must be applied during use. These machined type needle roller bearings are typically utilized with shafts that do not have inner rings. A recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less and a shaft hardness of HRC 58 to 64 are advised. In instances where these specifications cannot be met, the use of IKO inner rings is recommended.
