Iko machined type needle roller bearings (RNAF & RNAFW) consist of an outer ring, inner ring, and separable cage, without an inner ring. Single row (RNAF) and double row (RNAFW) variants are available with the same sectional heights. These bearings are designed for high-accuracy mass-production applications, including machine tools, textile machinery, and printing machines. They require proper lubrication, as they are not prepacked with lubricant. Machined type needle roller bearings are typically used with shafts that do not have inner rings, and it is recommended to have a shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less along with a shaft hardness of HRC 58 to 64. In situations where these specifications cannot be met, the use of Iko inner rings is advised.
