IKO machined type needle roller bearings (RNAF & RNAFW) consist of an outer ring, inner ring, and separable cage, designed without an inner ring. These bearings are available in single row (RNAF) and double row (RNAFW) configurations, both featuring the same sectional heights. They are suitable for high-accuracy mass production applications, including machine tools, textile machinery, and printing machines. It is important to note that these bearings do not come with prepacked lubricant, so proper lubrication must be applied during use. Machined type needle roller bearings are typically used with shafts that lack inner rings, and a shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less along with a hardness of HRC 58 to 64 is recommended. In cases where these specifications cannot be met, the use of IKO inner rings is advised.
