Idem 111008 SPC coded non-contact switch with LED, 8-way, 2NC 1NO, QC M12. All Idem coded non-contact safety switches are designed to conform to EN60947-5-3 and used as directed by ISO12100, ISO14121, and EN60204-1. They feature coded magnetic sensing for a wide sensing distance and high tolerance to misalignment after sensing. These switches can be installed behind stainless steel fittings and operate from 4 directions in extreme temperature and moisture environments. When paired with dual-channel safety monitoring relays, they can provide up to PLe/Category 4 to ISO13849-1. Options include high specification plastic or stainless steel 316 materials, dual-channel electronic safety output 2NC (1NO auxiliary optional), visual LED indication of switch status, enclosure protection to IP67 or IP69K, washdown suitability, and conformance to EN60947-5-3 PDF-S. These switches have no moving parts for high reliability and long life, a wide sensing distance up to 14mm, and universal 22mm fixing centers.
