The Stainless Steel 316 Hygiecode range has been developed for non-contact guard door interlocking in the applications of food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petro-chemical industries. It features a stainless steel construction, suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning, and can be high pressure hosed at high temperature with an IP69K rating. The kit includes a wide 14mm sensing mechanism with a high tolerance to misalignment and a mirror polished finish to RA4, ensuring a hygienic design. Designed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines, the housing features a design and surface finish that accommodates high levels of cleaning following contamination from foreign particles. The switch mounting is engineered to fulfill the requirements of both the direct and splash zones, ensuring it is easy to clean and withstands the CIP and SIP cleaning processes found in the food industry. The product offers various mounting styles for different levels of food contact, with universal 22mm fixing centers and a compact slim housing that is ideal for areas with space restrictions.
