The Idem 202002HF KLM guard locking switch-HF act(std release), 1/2NPT, die cast is designed to provide robust position interlock detection for moving guards and a lock mechanism to keep the guard closed until the hazard is removed. Tongue operated, they fit sliding or hinged machine guards, offering positively operated contacts and a tamper-resistant key mechanism. They can be used independently for EN60947-5-1 contacts or with dual channel safety monitoring relays for up to PLE category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. Available in various materials and housing styles, with contact blocks, LED diagnostics, and actuators for installation ease and durability in factory automation, packaging, food processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.
