The Idem 202002HF-SS KLM Guard Locking Switch-HF Act(std Release), 1/2NPT, SShead is a robust position interlock detection switch designed to provide a lock mechanism for moving guards to keep them closed until hazards are removed. Tongue operated and fitting to sliding or hinged machine guards, they offer positively operated switching contacts and a tamper-resistant key mechanism. They can be used independently for positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or in combination with safety monitoring relays for up to PLE Category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. Available in various materials and housing styles, with different contact blocks, LED diagnostics, and actuators. Features 8 actuator entry positions, rotatable head, 2 lock monitoring safety contacts, high holding force of 2000N, LED status indicators, 2 emergency manual release points, IP67 protection. Measures 46mm wide, 176mm long, and 30mm fixing.
