Idem 202005HFH-SS KLM Guard Locking Switch-HFH Act(Std Release), 110V, 1/2NPT, SSHead. Idem guard locking switches provide robust position interlock detection for moving guards and feature a lock mechanism to keep the guard closed until the hazard is removed. Tongue operated, they fit to the leading edge of sliding or hinged machine guards for positively operated switching contacts with a tamper-resistant key mechanism. They can be used independently for positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or in combination with dual channel safety monitoring relays for up to PLE Category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. Available in various materials and housing styles, options include different contact blocks, LED diagnostics, and actuators for installation ease. With 8 actuator entry positions, a rotatable head, 2 lock monitoring safety contacts, high holding force of 2000N, LED status indicators, 2 emergency manual release points, IP67 rating, and dimensions of 46mm wide, 176mm long, and 30mm fixing, these switches are suitable for factory automation, packaging, food processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.
