The Idem 205005HFH KL3-SS guard locking switch-HFH act(std release) is a 110V switch with a 1/2NPT, SS construction. Idem guard locking switches are designed to offer robust position interlock detection for moving guards and feature a lock mechanism to keep the guard closed until the hazard is removed. These tongue-operated switches are meant to be installed on sliding or hinged machine guards to provide positively operated switching contacts and a tamper-resistant key mechanism. They can be used independently to provide positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or combined with dual channel safety monitoring relays to achieve up to PLE category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061 compliance. Dimensions and specifications include a 110V power source, 1/2NPT size, and stainless steel construction.
