The Idem 203008HFH-SS KM Tongue Interlock Switch-HFH Act features a 3NC 1NO configuration and a 1/2NPT connection with a stainless steel head. These interlock switches are ideal for medium to heavy duty moving guards, with robust die-cast housings and the ability to fit onto sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. They offer a forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and include an anti-tamper mechanism. The rotatable heads have dual actuator entry positions, allowing for up to 8 different entry points. Additional options include flexible actuators, stainless steel heads, and replaceable contact blocks with explosion-proof alternatives. High holding force versions are available for vibration-sensitive applications. These switches are designed with positive break contacts for enhanced safety, comply with EN60947-5-1 standards, and offer high functional safety to ISO13849-1. They can be connected to most safety relays for up to PLE CAT.4 compliance. The industry-standard fitting measures 118mm in length, 40mm in width, and 30mm in fixing.
