The Idem 200008 KP Tongue Interlock Switch includes 3NC 1NO contact configuration, 1/2NPT connection, and is made of PE material. Idem KP interlock switches are specifically designed to detect position interlocks for moving guards and can be easily installed on sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. Featuring a forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and an anti-tamper mechanism, these switches offer added security. The head of the switch can be rotated to provide 4 actuator entry positions, and optional flexible actuators and stainless steel head versions are available for increased durability. The contact blocks are replaceable and optional explosion-proof versions can be selected for additional safety measures.
