The Idem 203008HFH KM Tongue Interlock Switch-HFH Act features 3NC 1NO contacts and a 1/2NPT connection. Idem KM Interlock switches are ideal for medium to heavy duty moving guards, with die-cast housings and compatibility with sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. These switches offer forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and include an anti-tamper mechanism. The rotatable heads have dual actuator entry positions for up to 8 different entry angles. Flexible actuators and stainless steel head versions are available for added durability. Optional explosion-proof contact blocks are replaceable, and high holding force versions are suitable for vibration-prone applications. With positive break contacts to EN60947-5-1, high functional safety to ISO13849-1, and options for 3 pole, 4 pole, or explosion-proof contact blocks, this switch is a versatile safety solution. It can connect to most safety relays for up to PLe Cat.4 performance and features an industry standard fitting dimension of 118mm long, 40mm wide, and 30mm for fixing.
