The Idem 200008A KP tongue interlock switch features 3 normally closed (NC) and 1 normally open (NO) contact, 1/2NPT thread, and polyethylene (PE) material. Idem KP interlock switches are specifically designed to detect position interlock for moving guards on machinery, fitting onto sliding, hinged, or lift-off guards. They offer a forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and include an anti-tamper mechanism. The switch head is adjustable with 4 entry positions for actuators, and options for flexible actuators and stainless steel heads for greater durability. Replaceable contact blocks are available, including explosion-proof versions as an option. The kit includes a standard actuator and ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards.
