The Idem 200008A-SS KP tongue interlock switch-std act includes 3 normally closed and 1 normally open contact, with a 1/2NPT connection and stainless steel head. These interlock switches are specifically designed for detecting position interlock on moving guards of machinery, fitting onto the leading edge of various types of guards. They feature a forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and boast an anti-tamper mechanism that is difficult to defeat. The head can be rotated to offer 4 different actuator entry positions. Additionally, there are options for flexible actuators and stainless steel heads for increased durability. Contact blocks are interchangeable, with the availability of explosion-proof versions for added safety.
