Idem IDIS-1 compact safety interlock switches are specifically engineered for position interlock detection in small moving guards, suitable for sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. These switches feature a rugged stainless steel actuator profile that works in conjunction with a cam mechanism, ensuring a positively operated and not easily defeatable interlock system. With a compact body design and a 22mm fixing profile, the rotatable head facilitates installation in confined spaces. Additionally, a plastic flexible actuator is offered for applications involving tight radius guards. The contact blocks are replaceable and can be customized with options for slow or snap break operation.
