Idem IDIS-1 compact safety interlock switches are engineered for position interlock detection in small moving guards, suitable for installation on the leading edge of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. The switches feature a robust stainless steel actuator profile that integrates with a cam mechanism, ensuring a positively operated interlock that is not easily defeat-able. Their compact body measures 22mm in fixing profile, and the rotatable head facilitates installation in confined spaces. Additionally, a plastic flexible actuator is available for tight radius guards. The contact blocks can be replaced and offer options for slow or snap break operation.
