The Stainless Steel 316 HygieMAG range is specifically designed for non-contact guard door interlocking in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petro-chemical industries. Constructed from Stainless Steel 316, this kit is suitable for Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) cleaning processes, able to withstand high pressure hosing at elevated temperatures with an IP69K rating. It features a wide 12mm sensing capability with high tolerance to misalignment, and a mirror-polished finish with a surface roughness of Ra4. The design allows for mounting on steel structures compliant with EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design, ensuring protection against contamination by foreign particles. The switch mounting adheres to EHEDG hygienic guidelines for direct contact zones and is easy to clean, meeting the demands of CIP and SIP processes in the food industry. The industry-standard wide fitting ensures suitability for food splash zones, while the front-facing actuation enhances functionality.
