The IDEM 134016 RMR magnetic non-contact switch features an 8-way configuration with 2NC and 1NO contacts, utilizing an M12 connection. This switch belongs to the stainless steel 316 HygieMAG range, specifically designed for non-contact guard door interlocking applications in the food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petro-chemical industries. It is suitable for Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) cleaning and can withstand high-pressure cleaning at elevated temperatures, achieving an IP69K rating. The switch has a wide 12mm sensing capability and a high tolerance to misalignment, complemented by a mirror polished finish to Ra4. It can be mounted on steel structures that comply with the hygienic design guidelines set forth by the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group).
