Idem's HLM and HLM-SS range of safety limit switches are designed for position sensing of moving applications such as guard doors, conveyors, machine beds, and elevators. The switches are available with various actuator types including linear plungers, rotary levers, roller plungers, spring levers, and telescopic spring levers, featuring either slow break or snap action contacts. They are constructed from heavy-duty die-cast materials or stainless steel 316, and they conform to industry-standard mounting to EN50041. The switches include a positive opening NC safety contact compliant with EN60947-5-1 and offer a large choice of actuator heads. Designed for high durability, they boast a mechanical life of over 5,000,000 cycles. The HLM model is made of die-cast material, while the HLM-SS model is constructed from stainless steel 316.
