Idem ESL-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are engineered to deliver reliable emergency stop protection for machines or exposed conveyors, making them suitable for virtually all industry sectors. Constructed from Stainless Steel 316, these switches are rated at IP69K, allowing them to be high pressure hosed with detergents at elevated temperatures. They conform to ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5 standards. The switches feature a special lid safety trip mechanism that ensures the safety contacts will open when the lid is removed. Additionally, button protection shroud versions come with padlock holes to facilitate "lock off" procedures during maintenance situations, and an optional two-colour LED is available for enhanced visibility.
